2.1. **Publicly Displayed Information:** All information you enter when creating a job listing — including but not limited to company name, job title, job description, location, salary details, application URL, and profile image — is displayed publicly on the Platform as part of your listing. You should only include information that you are willing to make publicly available.

2.2. **Email Address:** Your email address is collected during the listing submission process. Your email address is **never** displayed publicly on the Platform and is **never** shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.

2.3. **Payment Information:** Payment data (such as credit card numbers, PayPal account details, or billing addresses) is collected and processed exclusively by our third-party payment providers, PayPal and Paddle. The Operator does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information at any time.

## 3. How We Use Your Information

3.1. **Publicly Displayed Information:** The information you provide for your job listing is used solely for the purpose of displaying your listing on the Platform for the duration of the thirty-day listing period. After the listing expires, this information is removed from public view on the Platform.

3.2. **Email Address:** Your email address is stored securely in our database and is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  a) To communicate with you regarding your listing (for example, to confirm publication or to notify you of any issues).

  b) To send you occasional marketing communications, including information about new offers, promotions, or discounts available on the Platform.

3.3. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at websavanovic@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe." Upon receiving your request, we will remove your email address from our marketing list. This will not affect any communications related to an active listing.

## 4. Information We Do Not Collect

4.1. The Platform does not require Users to create an account.

4.2. The Operator does not collect, store, or process any payment or financial information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by PayPal and Paddle.

4.3. The Operator does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. The Platform may use essential cookies solely for the basic functionality of the website.

## 5. Data Storage and Security

5.1. Your email address is stored in our database and is protected by reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

5.2. Publicly displayed listing information is stored on the Platform for the duration of the thirty-day listing period. After expiration, the listing is removed from public view.

5.3. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. The Operator cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

## 6. Data Sharing

6.1. The Operator does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party.

6.2. Your email address is never disclosed to other Users of the Platform or to any external party.

6.3. The only third parties that receive any of your information are the payment providers (PayPal and Paddle), and only to the extent necessary to process your payment. The Operator has no control over how these providers handle your data; please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

6.4. The Operator may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights of the Operator, or respond to a valid legal request from a public authority.

## 7. User-Submitted Content

7.1. All content you submit as part of your job listing — including text, images, and URLs — is displayed publicly on the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not include any personal or sensitive information that you do not wish to make public.

7.2. The Operator does not review or approve User-submitted content prior to publication and is not responsible for any personal information that a User voluntarily includes in a listing.

## 8. Third-Party Links

8.1. Job listings may contain links to external websites that are not operated by the Operator. The Operator has no control over the privacy practices of these external websites.

8.2. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policy of every external website you visit through links on the Platform.

## 9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of sixteen (16). The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Platform, please contact us at websavanovic@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.
