# Terms and Conditions

## 1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website codabez.com ("Platform"), operated by Stefan Savanović, a sole proprietor based in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Platform, submitting a job listing, or making a payment, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are available on the Platform and form an integral part of these Terms.
## 2. Description of Service
2.1. The Platform is a job board dedicated to No-Code and AI-related positions.
2.2. Users may submit paid job listings without creating an account. To submit a listing, a User provides the required information, uploads an optional profile image, and completes payment.
2.3. Each listing is published on the Platform for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication.
2.4. After the thirty-day period expires, the listing is automatically removed from the Platform.
## 3. Payment
3.1. All prices on the Platform are listed in euros (EUR).
3.2. Payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment providers: PayPal and Paddle. By making a payment, you also agree to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of the payment provider you select.
3.3. A job listing is considered paid once the Operator receives confirmation of a successful transaction from the relevant payment provider.
3.4. The Operator does not store, process, or have direct access to your financial information. All payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal or Paddle.
## 4. Listing Publication
4.1. After a successful payment, the Operator will publish your job listing within two (2) business days.
4.2. Once published, each job listing remains active on the Platform for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication.
4.3. The Operator reserves the right to make minor formatting adjustments to your listing to ensure visual consistency across the Platform, without altering the substantive content.
## 5. Refund Policy
5.1. The complete Refund Policy is available as a separate document on the Platform. The following is a summary for convenience only; in the event of any conflict, the full Refund Policy shall prevail.
5.2. All payments are final and non-refundable once the listing has been published on the Platform.
5.3. A refund is available only if the Operator fails to publish the listing within two (2) business days of confirmed payment due to a technical or system failure on the Operator's side.
5.4. No refund will be issued for any listing that has been successfully published, regardless of the reason for the request.

## 6. User-Submitted Content
6.1. When submitting a listing, the User provides certain information, including but not limited to: company name, job title, job description, application URL, and an optional profile image.
6.2. You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you submit, including but not limited to:
a) The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all text in your listing.
b) Any URLs, links, or external addresses you include in your listing, including the application link (the URL to which the "Apply" button directs applicants).
c) Any image you upload as a profile image for your listing.
6.3. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
a) The listing describes a genuine employment or freelance opportunity.
b) The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
c) The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
d) The content does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information.
e) Any URLs included in the listing direct to legitimate, safe, and non-malicious destinations.
f) Any uploaded image is appropriate, non-offensive, and does not violate the rights of any third party.
6.4. The Operator does not review, verify, approve, or endorse any User-submitted content prior to or after publication. The User bears full responsibility for all content associated with their listing.
## 7. Content Moderation and Removal
7.1. The Operator reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to review, edit, or remove any listing at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, listings that contain malicious links, fraudulent content, discriminatory language, inappropriate images, or content that the Operator deems harmful or inappropriate.
7.2. If a listing is removed by the Operator due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
7.3. The Operator does not perform routine monitoring of listings and is under no obligation to detect or prevent the publication of harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
## 8. Disclaimer Regarding External Links
8.1. Job listings on the Platform may contain links to external websites, including application URLs provided by the User who submitted the listing.
8.2. The Operator has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, safety, privacy practices, or availability of any external websites linked within job listings.
8.3. When you click on any link within a job listing, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Operator shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from your interaction with external websites, including but not limited to phishing attempts, malware, data theft, fraud, or any other malicious activity.
8.4. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution and to verify the legitimacy of any external link before clicking on it or providing any personal information.
## 9. Disclaimer Regarding User-Submitted Images and Text
9.1. The Operator is not responsible for the appropriateness, accuracy, or legality of any profile image or text content uploaded or submitted by Users as part of their job listings.
9.2. The Platform does not screen, filter, or approve images or text prior to publication. Any inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or illegal content within a listing is the sole responsibility of the User who submitted it.
9.3. If you encounter a listing that contains inappropriate content, you may report it to the Operator at websavanovic@gmail.com. The Operator may, at their sole discretion, take action regarding the reported listing but is not obligated to do so.
## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.3. The Operator does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, or quality of any job listing published on the Platform.
## 11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
a) The use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
b) Any content submitted by Users, including job listings, images, text, or links.
c) Any interaction with external websites linked within job listings.
d) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
e) Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
f) Any reliance on information published on the Platform.
11.2. The Operator's total aggregate liability, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific listing that gave rise to the claim.
## 12. Third-Party Services
12.1. The Platform relies on third-party services, including PayPal and Paddle, for payment processing. The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.
12.2. Any disputes related to payment processing should first be directed to the relevant payment provider.
## 13. Intellectual Property
13.1. All content, design elements, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform, excluding User-submitted job listings, are the property of the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2. Users retain ownership of the content they submit in their job listings. By submitting a listing, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the listing on the Platform for the duration of the thirty-day listing period.
## 14. Modifications to These Terms
14.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
14.2. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
14.3. For active listings at the time of a modification, the Terms in effect at the time of payment shall apply for the duration of that listing.
## 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
15.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.
15.3. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation via email.
## 16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
